Introduction

The main aim of this project was to act as a focal key to enrich the development of the national economic, which is possible to acheive throughout creating new markets and introducing a variety of companies to attract technologies and labour forces to the country as well as improving the economic, social and scientific life to give an opportunity for all individuals to invest their ideas, creations and inventions and make it possible to turn them into an economic reality for the benefit of everyone.

 Planning study

  • To reduce noise and environmental pollution and save free spaces, it has been decided not to construct roads within the city, but to construct a circular road around the city with exits to car parks under the ground.
  • Using an electric train, to facilitate the movement of people within the city, in addition to using bridges in some places to allow pedestrians to move freely.
  • Study the traffic of pedestrians within the city and design suitable paths.
  • Bolivar study.
  • A study for an underground garage, which accommodates 1450 cars.
